The ODX Data Concierge service helps companies locate data.
Specifically, we guide you in identifying relevant potential open and licensed data sources that can be used to fuel your project, opening doors to new datasets and insights. Since launching in April 2017, the service, which is offered at no cost to you, has been well-utilized by companies from across Canada, servicing over 80 requests.
Any company from across Canada can make a request.
The Data Concierge service is available to all companies across Canada, but we have seen particular interest among startups and scale-ups. The Concierge team, comprised of Jacqueline, Chris and Koosha, works with you to understand your data needs and connect you to relevant data sources. Companies start by filling out an initial request form on the ODX website. From there, the Concierge team reviews the request and assigns it to the team member with the most relevant expertise. Within a week of submitting your application, you will receive an update on the data sources we have found.
Regardless of the type of data you need, we will do our best to locate it.
