Communitech names Catherine Graham as new Board Chair

KITCHENER, ONT., January 27, 2023 — Communitech is pleased to share that Catherine Graham, CEO of commonsku, has been appointed as the Chair of its Board of Directors. Announced at the corporation’s annual general meeting in September 2022, Graham will support Joseph Fung, CEO at Uvaro, as he continues his role as Vice-Chair of Communitech’s 2022-2023 Board of Directors. Amy Hastings, General Counsel, has also reconfirmed her position as Secretary of the Board.

The Communitech Board of Directors is a dynamic mix of entrepreneurs and senior business leaders who share a passion for championing Canada’s innovation economy and supporting world-class tech organizations located from coast-to-coast.
